Works well - amount of light is good.

Bought two of these to go on either side of a garage door to provide security and light the way when walking to/from the car. Well made, easy to install (replaced a pair of existing similar incandesant lights). When purchasing a concern was the amount of light they would put out due to the LED. And while not a huge amount of light, entirely adequate and serves the needed well. The glass is used as a lens to increase the light amount/through, and creates a spotty light pattern - again, entirely adequate for the need and actually creates an interesting look on the front of the house.

The low power usage and long life were the major attractions to buying. Time will tell about the long life.
